We are aware that our website does not meet accepted standards of accessibility.

In the period leading up to the launch of the site on 12 February 2007, we concentrated on developing a simple user journey and the essential back office systems that enable us to provide charities and social enterprises with insurance that is cost effective, clear, understandable and easy to buy.

We return some 40% of our profits to charity and to maximise that return we keep our costs to a minimum. But we are committed to making this website much more accessible and will introduce changes as soon as we are able.
