CaSE Insurance is the trading name of CaSE – Charity and Social Enterprise Insurance Management LLP, which is a partnership between CAF (Charities Aid Foundation), the partners of Bates Wells & Braithwaite, the charity law specialists, and two insurance companies; ABG Insurance Services Limited and aQmen Ltd.

The CaSE Insurance partnership is an Appointed Representative of aQmen Ltd, one of the partnership’s founding members, with aQmen being Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The partnership provides charities and social enterprises with a dedicated suite of underwriting and general broking facilities provided by aQmen Limited, with many of these being available on-line through this website.

NCVO is an "introducer appointed representative" of aQmen Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. aQmen Limited provide the insurance products marketed by CaSE Insurance on this web site.

As a demonstration of its long-term commitment, CaSE Insurance returns some 40% of its profits to the sector through the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF), a registered charity (Registered No: 268369).
