Trustee Indemnity/Directors and Officers Liability Including Loss of Documents
•The Charity or Social Enterprise and/or the Insured (trustees, governors, council or committee members, or directors or officers) for claims arising from their acts or omissions in the discharge of their duties for and on behalf of the Charity or Social Enterprise (or other entities at the request of the Charity or Social Enterprise). •Costs, fees and expenses incurred in attending and being represented at an investigation initiated by a formal, regulatory, administrative, criminal or investigative inquiry. •Costs reasonably incurred in replacing or restoring documents destroyed, damaged, lost or mislaid (limited to £25,000 in the aggregate).
Professional Indemnity Extension (Optional)
Covers the Charity or Social Enterprise and Insured (trustees, governors, council or committee members, or directors or officers) for their liability arising out of the performance of or failure to perform professional or consulting or advisory or design services for others for a fee.
Fidelity Extension (Optional)
Covers loss of money in the event of a dishonest or fraudulent act (other than by any trustees, governors, council or committee members or directors or officers) to obtain financial benefit.
Employment Practices Liability Extension (Optional)
Covers the Charity or Social Enterprise and Insured (trustees, governors, council or committee members, or director or officers) for claims arising out of any matter relating to a contract of employment, any employment discrimination, and any breach of employment legislation.
